One day as they wandered through an open field near the outskirts of town on horseback with two local men guiding us along way home when one man had spotted something peculiar up ahead he stopped his horse abruptly causing both horses behind him (including ours) jumped forward suddenly we saw that it was our book lying on ground nearby its cover slightly damaged but pages intact!
We quickly picked it up , grateful for its return . The locals seemed perplexed but curious , asking us where did we get such knowledge about Tang dynasty ? We explained everything , including our story here . To our surprise , everyone listened intently without any skepticism or doubt .
